- Once an order is placed we cannot cancel the order. When you receive your order you are welcome to return it, but our standard return policy will apply.
- There are no returns on Digital Art orders.
- If you change your mind about a purchase you can return it to us for a refund provided that we receive it within 14 days from the delivery date or before December 25th (whichever comes first).
- Please promptly inspect items upon receipt, if there is a problem you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly troubleshoot the problem for you and find the best solution for the issue. Do not send damaged or wrong merchandise back to us unless instructed to do so. We cannot take back defective items after the stated time frame.
- Handcrafted glass products are fragile and must be treated with great care when repackaging them. Be sure to keep all original packing materials if you plan to return an item. For your security, please use an insured courier and retain your receipt. Spirited Away Designs is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- We will gladly accept your undamaged merchandise for a full refund less original shipping charges.

- Normally it takes 2-3 weeks to process a return, during peak holiday season it may take longer.
